2. Reservation Terms
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the full balance due 14 days before arrival. Properties may have specific terms and conditions.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival are fully refundable. Cancellations within 30 days may be subject to penalties. No-shows will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for treating properties with care and respect. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest. Guests must comply with all house rules and local laws.
5. Liability Disclaimer
The Luxe Nomad is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during your stay or experiences. We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Participation in activities is at your own risk.
6. Payment Terms
All payments must be made through our secure payment gateway. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency. Payment disputes must be reported within 30 days of transaction.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, text, and graphics, are the property of The Luxe Nomad and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
